For University employees that are 40 years and younger to be valued and integrated into all aspects and levels of development of the University of Rochester.

MISSION STATEMENT

To support the growth and development of University employees age 40 and younger. To establish representation within the University community that will foster and strengthen workplace effectiveness and leadership abilities; enhance professional development and promote career growth and success within the University. To strengthen the relationship of the UR and the Rochester community through community-based initiatives.
