4th Annual Diversity Conference

The deadline for poster proposals is Thursday, March 28, 2013
To submit a poster proposal please complete our survey. The survey will ask you to submit your contact information, the title of your poster and an abstract.
Poster Guidelines:
Set up and Removal of Posters
Set up—The poster session will be held in the Eisenberg Rotunda in Schlegel Hall. Details about poster setup will be sent once your proposal has been accepted.
Removal—All posters must be removed from the room by no later than 6:00 p.m. on April 12th.
Poster Design
All posters should be 36 inches by 56 inches. Easels, foam board and push pins will be provided. A sample template is linked below. We encourage you to edit and personalize this template.

Poster Printing
You are responsible for the printing of your poster. The Medical Center Print shop will print this size poster on glossy paper for approximately $75. They can be reached at MedCenterGraphics@URMC.Rochester.edu or 275-3879. You are also welcome to utilize off campus print shops.

Should your poster be selected, the information provided will be used in
our conference program, webpage, and advertisements. Notification regarding the status of your poster proposals will be sent to you by Monday April 1, 2013. All Sessions will be
free and open to the public, conference registration will open in March.
