Utility Failure

A utility failure refers to electricity, steam, water, sewer, gas, telephone, chilled water, medical gases or vacuum.

In the event of a utility failure:

1. Call Security Services at x13. From a cell phone or other non-University phone, dial 275-3333.
2. Describe the type of failure, location, and extent of the damage.
3. Unless it is unsafe to do so, remain on the scene until Security arrives.
