Global Crisis
The Office for Global Engagement wishes to extend its support to all students and scholars who are affected by the recent global events and conflicts. We are aware of the compounding effect of worrying about your families and loved ones at home, while coping with the pressures of academic life here in Rochester. Given the challenges, we would like to remind our students and scholars of the resources that are available to them.
Additionally, if you are interested, the International Services Office (ISO) is happy to arrange for a Zoom or in-person meeting to better understand how we can support you during this time. Whether it is connecting with other students and scholars from the impacted areas for shared support, helping to organize a panel discussion for the larger University community, or simply just to listen, the ISO is happy to help. If this is something that would be of interest, or if you have additional questions or concerns, feel free to contact Wendy Fritz at wfritz@ur.rochester.edu.
