Anthony Grafton, Henry Putnam University Professor of History at Princeton University and President of the American Historical Association, will be visiting the University of Rochester as a visiting scholar in March. Grafton’s schedule while at UR has been cleared to accommodate a meeting with graduate students to discuss the future of graduate education in the humanities. This is a rare opportunity to hear from and talk with this distinguished scholar who, aside from being an expert in a vast number of areas, is uniquely poised to speak of the past, present, and future of scholarship and of education, will take place on March 2nd, from 10:30 – noon.
