GA Position for the Rochester Summer Immersion Program

  POSITION SUMMARY: The Graduate Assistant (GA) will live on campus from roughly May 16 – August 7, 2016 and will oversee all summer program events as well as the incoming freshman and Program Assistant (PA) staff participating in the Rochester Summer Immersion Program. The GA will work full timeand have some spring and summer training commitments leading up to the session start. The successful candidate should not have any outsideemployment and my not enroll in summer Session B classes. The GA must be a current University of Rochester graduate student. He/she will be responsible for providing activities, supervision, and counsel to the students and Immersion staff participating in the program.   QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Current University of Rochester graduate student with prior residential life experience preferred.
