University of Rochester AS&E GSA

Feeling fatigued as the semester wears on? Low on energy for late night study sessions? Sue Callan-Harris and Caroline McBride, physical therapists at University Health Service, will be presenting a seminar for graduate students on how to study without strain. Make the most of your time and energy, and learn new stretching and strength exercises designed specifically for busy students. This session will cover self-care strategies, tips for relaxation, and a mini-workout to get you fit for exams & research! Free giveaways to all participants! Light refreshments will be provided.

The seminar will be on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 7-8 PM in Harkness 115.
