HSCCI Governance Plan
The Health Science Center for Computational Innovation (HSCCI) at the
University of Rochester (UR) will be a world-class center for the
advancement of health-related research supported by high-performance
computational resources. There are five major components required for
development of this organization and its governance model:
- Establishment of roles for founding collaborators and integration of corporate partners (link)
- An Executive Governing Board for oversight and leadership (link)
- A Research Advisory Roundtable to provide operational guidance (link)
- An External Advisory Council to foster future collaboration
- A sustainable internal organizational model
