Mission
The mission of information technology at the University of Rochester is to promote a "One University" approach to fulfilling the vital needs of a world-class research university through innovation and efficiency.

Vision
Information technology, strategically focused, will create opportunities for collaboration and interdisciplinary synergies that will enhance our profile as a world class research university.  To realize this vision, 76 colleagues collaborated University-wide to develop the 2009-2013 IT Strategic Plan.
