offers online training so you can learn how to use your office productivity and design and media software. These courses are available free to College students, faculty, and staff, and for a modest fee to other members of the University community, including the Medical Center. See Eligibility for details.

The existing license includes courses in:

  • Operating Systems: Mac and Windows
  • Email: Outlook
  • Database: Access, FileMaker Pro, Crystal Reports
  • Presentation: Powerpoint
  • Spreadsheets: Excel
  • Word processing: Word, Wordperfect
  • and many many more!

You may sign up anytime. All registrations end in June and may be renewed in July. Fees, where applicable, are reduced in the second half of the academic year (Jan-June).

Additional course content may be added, often at significantly reduced rates. Examples include Programming & Web Development, Computer Professional, Cisco, Project Management, and more.
