The College funds Office Productivity and Design & Media (limited availability) training for members of The
College (students, faculty, and staff); individuals are not charged. A valid University of Rochester e-mail address
is required.
Advancement funds these courses for members of Advancement, Development, and Alumni Affairs; staff are not charged individually. A valid University of Rochester e-mail address
is required.
For Eastman School, Medicine and Dentistry, Nursing, Laser Lab, Warner School, Simon School, Memorial Art Gallery, and all other University of Rochester users, the fees are:
- Office Productivity: $25 per person per year*
- Design & Media: $25 per person per year*
Input your account number on the sign-up page or send a blue 312 requisition to the IT Center, RC Box 270057, River Campus, attention ElementK. Include your UR email address on the req.
Sign up for ElementK courses here. If a fee is required, we'll enroll you upon receipt of payment. *Note: fees are prorated the second half of the academic year.
Note: registrations are for the academic year (July-June) and expire at the end of June each year.
