This is only a request for a resource (technician, equipment, or ClassTech room) and not a confirmed reservation. Please complete this form in its entirety as requests lacking information cannot be processed. If this is a request for a room in advance of the start of the semester, or for a room that is not scheduled by Classroom Technology, you must instead contact the Registrar's Office.
