The DCS Production Control Staff provides administrative computing support to the University and the Medical Center at Strong Memorial Hospital. Production Control office hours are from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
DCS Production Control can be contacted through our central telephone number 275-9240 or via e-mail using the global address DCS Production Control . All calls and e-mail must be routed through the central phone number or e-mail address. Production Control staff continually monitor these phone and e-mail receptacles to ensure a timely response. Deadline for scheduling job run requests for evening production is 2 P.M.
The Request for Change Form is used for change requests for all ITS production servers/systems in the Data Center. Communcation will be sent to approval groups and notification groups as warranted regarding impact to services provided. You may wish to view the full process documentation (word) .
