Using Blackboard for your Course
All coursese should receive a shell for a Blackboard course. Initialliy this shell is turned off - or unavailable. All instructors automatically receive a Blackboard account to access this course shell.
The Blackboard course can be turned on in one of three ways
- instructor makes the course availalbe
- library creates a resources page and makes the course available
- instructor provides reserves to library, who incorporate reserves into the Blackboard shell and make the course available
