Student Address Change

Need to make changes to your school, home or parents' mailing addresses and/or phone numbers?

The student's signature is needed for a change of address; therefore, requests cannot be taken over the telephone. This policy is enforced to protect student privacy. Requests for change of address can be made in person at the Registrar's Office, 312 Lattimore Hall, by written request, or by fax (585) 275-2190, provided the request bears the signature of the student.

 

To request a change of address include:

  • Name and Date
  • Student ID #
  • Undergraduate or Graduate
  • Local Phone Number
  • Former Address and Phone Number
  • New Address and Phone Number
  • Type of Change (indicate all that apply)
  • In-Term/Local
  • Delete CPU Box
  • Out-of-Term
  • Billing
  • Parent/Guardian 1
  • Parent/Guardian 2

 

When parents are divorced or separated, it is possible to have mailings sent to both parents. Arrangements can be made at the Registrar's Office, 312 Lattimore Hall. Students may also update permanent address information via UR ACCESS Plus in the online registration system.

 

** Please note that if you are a student at a school OTHER than the College, make sure to contact that school directly to ensure the address change covers their databases as well.**
