If you have questions about your courses in Blackboard, check the Student FAQ or contact your school's Blackboard support

University Email / My Email tab

If you are an ASE Undergraduate or a student at ESM, you should see the My Email tab. Clicking this tab should take you to the login page at http://mail.u.rochester.edu/

One Card / My Accounts tab

Your One Card account should be set up to integrate automatically in my.rochester.edu. Your account may not be configured correctly if you are seeing the following message.

Customer not found.. No funds are available for cardholder Account Summary.

Most student accounts are set up to integrate via the student identification number. If you are getting the message above, please contact Blackboard support at UnivITHelp@rochester.edu.
