University Email / My Email tab
If you are a College Undergraduate you should see the My Email tab. If you are using your NetID to log in to the portal, you should get an automatic login to your URgmail account (netid@u.rochester.edu) through the portal. This interface should look the same as it would after logging in at http://mail.u.rochester.edu/

One Card / My Accounts tab
Your One Card account should be set up to integrate automatically in my.rochester.edu. Your account may not be configured correctly if you are seeing the following message.
No module functionality is available. (The user is not logged in or does not have a card registered with the system.)
Most student accounts are set up to integrate via the student identification number. Those that are not will not automatically integrate. This sometimes happens for graduate students.
If you have questions about information contained on your My Accounts page, or feel there are inaccuracies, please contact the Customer Service Center at 585-275-3975 (x53975 on campus).
