| As
of April 26th 2004, customers using personalized web pages to send
alphanumeric messages will need to modify them. Arch Wireless has
made an enhancement to their network that makes this change necessary.
You will continue
to send the messages as you have before, but will see two changes:
1.
Once the page is sent, you will be forwarded to an Arch Wireless
confirmation page that will comment on your message (stating message
length, success/failure, etc).
2.
Message length is now 200 characters, instead of 240.
Download the
following web page and populate the names of your users as you have
in the past.
