The Center for Integrated Research Computing (CIRC) will host its next symposium on Friday, February 21 in URMC 2-6408 (K-207 Auditorium). This month’s featured speaker is Hongyu Miao from the Department of Biostatistics and Computational Biology. He will describe details of improvements in methods for identifying gene regulatory relationships and the application of this work to influenza. The ongoing research talk will feature results from simulations on star formations as presented by Shule Li from the Department of Physics and Astronomy.
