The Center for Integrated Research Computing (CIRC) will host its first symposium of the semester on Friday, September 20. This month’s featured speaker is Jiebo Luo from the Department of Computer Science. He will describe how social multimedia work as sensors. Our on-going research talk will be presented by Dalia Ghoneim from the Center for Neural Development and Disease. Her talk will focus on finding pathogenic variants in whole exome sequencing data.
