SAS Support at the URSAS documentation is available at support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc and also in pdf form on the installation CDs. Email support: For assistance with specific questions about SAS or SPSS, write to sashelp@ats.rochester.edu. Your question will be answered within 2-3 days. If your question is urgent, please indicate so in the SUBJECT and the support staff will try to answer it as soon as possible. SAS Users Group Listserv: If you are interested in corresponding with other SAS users within the UR Community, you may subscribe to an email listserv (similar to the national SAS-L list, but with much less mail). This would provide a forum for you to ask each other questions regarding interesting uses of SAS, use of some of the supplemental SAS products available, etc. It would also provide a mechanism for you to share new SAS discoveries with others in the UR community, or to report major problems you have encountered. The Little SAS Book and Painless Windows are available for borrowing from the Media Library in the ITS Center (Rush Rhees G112). Purchase other hardcopy manuals directly from SAS Publishing.
