Infrastructure Systems refers to the applications and processes that cross all of ACS’ lines of business. These systems provide core value for all administrative functions across the University of Rochester by providing a central repository and distributed access for shared information.

In addition to these central systems, the infrastructure team is also aligned with process improvement initiatives which include the Software Quality Assurance & Control (SQA&C) project and the kickoff of an ITS-wide effort to build on our existing project management methodology to develop a disciplined approach that can be applied to all IT projects.
