Application
Change Management is the process that supports changes to an application
throughout the software development lifecycle - from development to
testing to quality assurance to production. For some applications, this
process is automated using a tool called All Fusion Harvest Change
Manager.
The Quality
Assurance Team administers and supports the use of this tool by
providing training, technical support, and the development of models or
workflows for new applications. The Harvest support team also includes
the system administrators and database administrators who support the
underlying architecture.
