Ongoing support in the use of the data
warehouse is available in the following ways:
ITS Help Desk
- call x52000 or send e-mail to eur@acs.rochester.edu if
you have a general or technical question. You will be referred to someone who can answer your
questions.
Impromptu
Users Group - meets once a month to discuss more advanced Impromptu
topics of interest
Phone/e-mail
consultation - available to help people with their use of the data warehouse.

"Ready-to-run reports"
- already written Impromptu queries are available
on this site. These queries are described and ready to be saved to and run
from a user's PC. Each query will generate an Impromptu report with
data based on a user's security profile and responses to the query prompts.

- system and data specific alerts and general news items are shared
with Impromptu users via e-mail as needed.
