In 2006, a
University IT cross-functional team developed a project management
methodology that is basically the Project Management Institute (PMI)
adapted for higher education. This methodology is constantly being
reviewed and improved in order to best meet the needs of the

To further
advance the methodology and encourage its use across the organization,
there is ongoing training offered to all project managers. This training
