With
representatives from across the organization, the vPMO manages the
pipeline of University IT programs and projects. Of the 140+ projects in
the pipeline, high-level project milestones are tracked for the
approximately 20 "priority" projects.
Among these
priority projects are the five strategic plan initiatives for FY09-FY13:
1) Web Modernization
2) Institution-wide Security
Program
3) Coherent Electronic
Identities
4) Administrative Systems
Life-Support
5) Research Computing
The vPMO also provides biweekly project
status updates to IT leadership.
