There are a number of support options open to our customers. Friendly and knowledgeable people are awaiting your call at the IT Center. Call to place a trouble ticket with our data or voice group, or for help with a problem you may be experiencing.

If you need to schedule some work with us, please initiate a service request. Service requests are available as either an RFTS {"Request For Telecommunications Service"} or ITSR {"Information Technology Services Request"}, available from the IT Center, your department manager, or a variety of places around the campus.

You can then mail that work order to us at PO Box #278937, or
