What is my Student ID?

Your Student ID (also known as your University ID) is a eight-digit number used to identify you as a University of Rochester student. You currently use this number for Registration.

There are a number of ways to find your Student ID:

• The Admissions Office at 585-275-3221 for the River Campus / Arts, Science & Engineering
• The Admissions Office at 585-274-1060 for the Eastman School of Music
• The Student Affairs Office at 585-275-2375 for the School of Nursing

For River Campus Students: Your Student ID number was provided on a printed card when you received your first picture ID from the University.

For Eastman Students: Your Student ID number is printed on you Final Decision Form (admissions paperwork).

Students can also find their Student ID number by logging into Student Access (accessible though the student portal at my.rochester.edu).
