Configuration Instructions for Entourage:

Step 1: Launch your Entourage application and then click Tools and select Accounts as seen below:

 

 

Step 2: Highlight your mail account, normally the one there or the one that has (POP) next to the name and then click on the Edit icon.

 

Step 3: At the Account Settings tab click on the Click here for advanced receiving options button.

Step 4: You will now get a little pop-up window with some options. Check the option This POP service requires a secure connection (SSL). This will then change the POP Port to 995.

Step 5: You can now click OK and your settings will be saved and you will now be POPing your E-mail over SSL.
