Virtual Private Networking - Med Center

Attention Medical Center Faculty Staff and Administration:

Before attempting to set up Virtual Private Networking, please read the information at
URMC VPN , especially the discussion of easier alternatives for e-mail access.
 
 
You MUST use the URMC VPN service and your Active Directory domain userID and password to access internal URMC-SH systems.  NetIDs are unnecessary and unusable for this purpose.
 
URMC-SH users needing assistance with the VPN service should call the ISD Help Desk at 275-3200 between 7am and 6pm .

**URMC Medical Students are not automatically granted access to VPN services. Students who believe they require access should contact the Computing Center Help Desk @ 5-6865 or CCDesk@urmc.rochester.edu
