Administration and Support

RN Supervisor-
(1) Nights. 40hrs/wk- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in long term care.. Working knowledge of the MDS, PRI and Care planning. 
(1) Nights. 16hrs/wk- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in long term care.. Working knowledge of the MDS, PRI and Care planning. 

Food & Nutrition-
(1) Cook- Per Diem. Must be available every other weekend. 15-20 hours, 12p-8p.   Responsible for daily food production of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for resident meals. Food Service training/ experience required.

Facilities-
(1) Maintenance Mechanic – Per Diem 16 hrs/wk evening and off shifts. Must have working knowledge of basic maintenance. HVAC-Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning. Some security experience is required and strong communication /phone skills are needed for the coverage at the front desk.
