Website Information

Campus Club Connection (CCC) is an integrated website created by, and designed for, students.

The Events Calendar displays the Club Events Calendar which can be used to find out what Clubs are holding meetings and events on any given day. For each event the date, time, location, club, title, description, and event type are all displayed. There is also the ability to add the event to your own Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

On the Browse Clubs page students are able to view information about all registered Clubs.

There are (3) types of ways Clubs can be viewed:

  • Quick List: The Browse Clubs page initially displays this Quick List that includes each Club's name and links to detailed information and individual web site.
  • Club Types: You may browse the clubs by club type. Click a club type from the Club Types window to view.
  • Detailed Display: This display shows the detailed information box for a single Club and also lists that Club's scheduled events. You may reach this display type in one of two ways:
    • 1. In both the Quick and Club Type list, clicking on the Club's Name will take you to this detailed display.
    • 2. You may select a single Club to view using the menu at the top of the Browse Clubs page.

Located on the Resources page, students and Clubs are provided with a number of forms and University documents including information such as: tips on how to start your own club, how to receive University funding, event support available, University policies and guidelines for Clubs, the Campus Club Connection Registration Form, and much more.

All of these features and types of information are made possible by the information system that makes up Campus Club Connection. Each year when a student organization successfully registers with the Student Activities Office (SAO) their Campus Club Connection access is activated. By logging into their own ClubSite, each Club is given secure access to a unique set of online tools, allowing them to:

  • Update (in real time) all information about their Club being displayed on this website
  • Maintain a member list that is used to notify Club members of scheduled events
  • Submit Event & Room Reservation Requests with a simple online form
  • Send E-Mail using automatically generated (from the Club member list) Mailing Lists
  • and much more.

With these new abilities for Clubs and students alike, Campus Club Connection creates a powerful and centralized resource important for aiding in Club organization, providing essential student, club, and University communication tools, and increasing University wide awareness in the activities and potential of student groups on campus.
