| Mission Statement: | SHADES is a multicultural organization that is open to all students at the University. The purpose of this organization is to appreciate and promote awareness for a variety of cultures and ethnicities. Furthermore, SHADES aims to provide discussions where students can share their experiences and find similarities with one another. In addition, SHADES hopes to serve as the bridge between the minority community and the rest of the student body at the University of Rochester. | |
