About The Office

Mission Statement:

While operating as a resource to assist in the financial aid process, our office is committed to providing fair, equitable, and quality service in evaluating and determining financial assistance for students of the University of Rochester as mandated by federal, state and university regulations.

Office Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday    8:30am - 5:00pm

Wednesday                                                9:00am - 5:00pm

Walk-In Hours:

Financial aid counselors are available to meet individually with students and families during the following times: 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday                      9:00am - 11:45am

                                                                  1:00pm - 3:45pm

If you are unable to come in to see a counselor during the walk-in hours listed above please call our office and we will schedule an appointment for you to meet with a Financial Aid Counselor. Our highly trained Financial Aid Assistants are able to answer most of your questions over the phone or at our front desk.
