Many units have their own Web support services. The following is a list of general support services available to broad units of the University.

Description of Services
- Web Accounts
- Web Accounts provide storage space for HTML files. University Business Web accounts are only to be used for official University business and must be relevant to the academic mission. Personal Web accounts are provided for non-official usage, but must still further the University's academic mission.
- Account Training
- Account Training consists of logging to the new account, basic ftp skills, and an introduction to useful UNIX commands.
- Internet Training
- Internet Training teaches the skills needed to use FTP, Telnet, and the World Wide Web.
- HTML Training
- HTML Training covers all of the skills needed to create Web pages. Classes range from beginner level to advanced level.
- HTML Troubleshooting
- When creating Web pages you will often encounter small problems. HTML Troubleshooting consists of determining where the errors lie in your Web pages and determining the correction.
- Consulting Services
- Consulting Services are typically meetings longer than 30 minutes that
involve tutoring, designing, and extensive troubleshooting.
- Content Development
- Content Development consists of taking information and actually creating the Web pages from scratch.
