Fauver Stadium main entrance
Built in 1930, Fauver Stadium is a 5,200-seat, concrete and brick athletic stadium with a new track and field installation that was completed in 2000. It is named for Dr. Edwin Fauver, director of athletics, hygiene, physical education, and college physician from 1916 to 1945. The 400-meter track encircles the playing field, which hosts field hockey, lacrosse, football, track and field, and soccer. Along with the locker room and meeting rooms, the office areas hold the River Campus Parking Office, the computer store, River Campus Planning and Project Management, and the Office of the University Architect.
