Fraternity Quad

Fraternity Quadrangle
The Fraternity Quad is a historical residential neighborhood on campus. The initial buildings were constructed in 1930, while the newest addition was built in 1975. The nine houses were initially home to fraternities exclusively, but today house a mix of fraternities and other organized living groups uniquely suited for this type and style of living opportunity.
The non-Greek houses on the Fraternity Quad represent a variety of themes and are competed for actively when incumbent group agreements come up for scheduled reviews. Groups representing community service, drama, and music as well as former residence hall–based fraternities have occupied the special interest houses on the Fraternity Quad.
