Sage Art Center

Built in 1962 and dedicated in 1966, Sage Hall was named for William Nathan Sage, secretary of the Board of Trustees from 1850 to 1890, treasurer of the University from 1851 to 1890, and a key figure in the first four decades of the University's life.

The building was originally constructed to serve the University as a dining facility and now houses art studios for the Department of Art and Art History.
