Wilmot Building
Built in 1961 for the Institute of Optics with the support of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Wilmot Building was named for James Peter Wilmot, benefactor and member of the Board of Trustees from 1967 to 1980. The building still serves as the main facility for the Institute of Optics.
The New York State Center for Advanced Technology serves as an annex to the Wilmot Building and offers lab support for the Institute of Optics.
