Parking and Campus Shuttles
We recognize that parking on campus is challenging. River Campus parking is particularly limited on Friday; whenever possible, we encourage you to use shuttles from hotels and various University lots. If you drive to campus, parking staff and signage will direct you to open lots.

Laboratory for Laser Energetics: Additional parking is provided at this lot on East River Road. Shuttle service is provided to the River Campus on Thursday from 6 a.m.-7 p.m., Friday from 6 a.m.-12:30 a.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m.-12:30 a.m.

Kornberg Lot: Parking is provided in this lot for School of Medicine and Dentistry throughout the weekend.

Shuttle service is provided on Friday and Saturday from behind Rush Rhees Library and the Interfaith Chapel to Intercampus and Park lots from 8 a.m.-2 a.m. Golf carts are available on the River Campus to assist guests who need assistance getting to and from venues.

Event Shuttles

Shuttles will be available to take you to various events being held off campus. Details will be provided in the weekend pocket program given to attendees at registration.

Shuttles to the LIVE Keynote Address at Kodak Hall

Shuttles will run to and from Kodak Hall as outlined below. Parking on the Eastman Campus will also be available in the East End Garage located at 475 East Main Street.

University-provided shuttle service is available between the River Campus, School of Nursing, and School of Medicine & Dentistry; and from a number of area hotels throughout the weekend. Each shuttle makes stops on the River Campus—at the Interfaith Chapel and at the rear entrance of Rush Rhees Library, at the School of Medicine & Dentistry, and at the School of Nursing.

Campus shuttles operate during the following times:

Friday, October 21: 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday, October 22: 6 a.m. – 4 p.m..(School of Medicine & Dentistry only)

The following hotel shuttles provide service to School of Medicine & Dentistry, School of Nursing, and the River Campus during the following times:

Friday, October 21: 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.

Saturday, October 22: 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.

Sunday, October 23:  7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

A separate shuttle will run from the Marriott Airport (Greece) to the School of Medicine & Dentistry during the following times:

Thursday, October 20:  9:45 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Friday, October 21:  7:15 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, October 22:  7:45 a.m. - 4 p.m.

In addition, shuttles depart from the Renaissance Del Monte Lodge Hotel & Spa every hour on the hour from the hotels, and leaves campus every hour on the half hour.

A Transportation Help Desk is located on the River Campus at the rear entrance of Rush Rhees Library. Hours are Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m.-Midnight. For additional transportation information, call 585.275.RIDE or 585.275.0129. Transportation is not available from the airport to campus. Detailed information and shuttle times will be provided to you once you arrive on campus.
