Holderle Named Director of University Audit

Frederick W. Holderle has been appointed director of University audit, effective March 1, 1996.

As director, he is responsible for the conduct of all financial and operational audits carried out by the internal audit staff, which consists of the director and a staff of four.

Holderle joined the University as a senior auditor in 1982. He was promoted to assistant director in 1986 and to associate director in 1993. Before joining the University, he worked in local industry, for a local public accounting firm, and as a state tax auditor.

A Pittsford resident, he is a CPA and a 1974 graduate of St. John Fisher College, with a B.S. degree in accounting.
