EVENT: University of Rochester Chamber Ensembles Recital

TIME, DATE, AND PLACE: 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, in lower Strong Auditorium on the University of Rochester’s River Campus

ADMISSION: Free and open to the public
Note: Free parking is available on University lots after 7 p.m. on weeknights

The University of Rochester’s Chamber Ensembles will hold a recital at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, in lower Strong Auditorium on the University of Rochester’s River Campus.

The program will include a clarinet trio, a string quartet, a woodwind quartet, a clarinet sonata movement, and more. It will include musical selections by Mozart, Telemann, St. Saens, and Turtle Island Group.

Chamber music has been performed for at least 400 years and involves the participation of 10 or fewer musicians and singers performing in a small setting.
