EVENT: 'Wilson Commons Wednesdays' Goes Italian
"Wilson Commons Wednesdays" is back with an Italian theme for its third event of the school year. From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, in the Hirst Lounge in Wilson Commons, diners will be serenaded with music performed by pianist Dalton James Ridenhour while enjoying a meal presented by special guest chefs from the financial aid office.
This event's menu of classic Italian dishes will include stuffed baked eggplant, asiago crusted chicken, baked polenta with tomato meat sauce, Italian-style green beans, and tiramisu.
"Wilson Commons Wednesdays" is sponsored by the Wilson Commons Student Activities and Dining Services. The next event will concentrate on holiday celebrations on Dec. 8. All members of the University community are invited to attend and take advantage of the music, food, and friendly atmosphere.
