EVENT: South Asian Expo

TIME, DATE, AND PLACE: 2 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, in the May Room of Wilson Commons on the University of Rochester's River Campus

ADMISSION: Free and open to the public
Note: Parking is available on University lots all weekend.

The Association for the Development of Interest in the Indian Subcontinent (ADITI) will present its South Asian Expo from 2 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, in the May Room of Wilson Commons on the University of Rochester's River Campus.

The annual cultural fair, exhibiting the rich culture of South Asia, will include interactive booths about South Asian history, sports, music, clothing, language, religion, and art. Guests will also be entertained by a variety of traditional dance performances, including Bhangra and Dandia, and a fashion show. During the fair, Thali of India restaurant will sell South Asian treats.
