Sean M. Culhane has been appointed the new director of the University Press at the University of Rochester.
Culhane comes to the University from John Wiley & Sons, where he was an assistant editor. He received his B.A. in international relations from the University of Connecticut and his master's degree in economic history from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Launched in 1989, the University of Rochester Press has printed approximately 50 scholarly titles in a variety of fields, including science, history, music and philosophy. British publisher Boydell & Brewer operates the press.
