Biography
Lawrence Rothenberg is an expert on interest groups, bureaucracy and environmental issues. His publications include: Environmental Choices: Policy Responses to Green Demands (CQ, 2002), Why Governments Succeed and Why they Fail with Amihai Glazer (Harvard, 2001); and Linking Citizens to Government: Interest Group Politics at Common Cause.
