Biography

Valeria Sinclair-Chapman can speak on the representation of black interests in Congress as well as minority agenda-setting on the national level. Sinclair-Chapman is the coauthor of Countervailing Forces: Exploring the Macro-Dynamics of Black Political Participation in the Post-Civil Rights Era with Fredrick C. Harris and Brian McKenzie (Cambridge University Press, 2006)
