Biography
John Lambropoulos' research area is micromechanics, which bridges materials science and solid mechanics. He is interested in describing the macroscopic behavior of solids by examining their underlying microstructural features, and how mechanical, electrical, and optical fields affect the response of homogeneous or heterogeneous materials.
