Hispanic Heritage Month 2007
National Hispanic Heritage Month begins on September 15 and continues through October 15. During this month, the U.S. celebrates the cultures and traditions of residents who trace their roots to Spain, Mexico and the Spanish-speaking nations of Central America, South America and the Caribbean. A wide range of events will be happening at the University of Rochester including educational programs, cultural celebrations, a major traveling art exhibit, guest speakers and film screenings.
