Entertainer Alan "Abababa" Abarbanell brings his moving and hilarious story of growing up as a hearing child with deaf parents back to the University of Rochester for the third time. Abarbanell is known for his ability to weave comedic and touching elements together in this very personal story. He will perform simultaneously in English and sign language, so both the hearing and the hearing-impaired can enjoy the show.

The event, sponsored by the University's American Sign Language Club, is aimed at promoting awareness of deaf culture in the Rochester community, as well as providing a night of entertainment.
