WHO, WHAT: U.S. Poet Laureate and Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Philip Levine will give a reading as part of the centennial celebration of University of Rochester poet Hyam Plutzik, and the reading series established in his name.

DATE, TIME, PLACE: Thursday, April 12, at 5 p.m.



The talk, q&a, and book signing will conclude at 6 p.m. in the Hubbell Auditorium in Hutchison Hall on the University of Rochester's River Campus. The event is free and open to the public.

ABOUT: Established in 1962, the Plutzik Reading Series is the longest and one of the most prestigious collegiate poetry reading series in the United States.
